[Problem Description]
When calculating the standard cost of a product using the standard cost calculation transaction code CK11N, you can see that the standard cost calculation status is green, and the corresponding BOM and process route are obtained, but the corresponding labor cost amount is not calculated, only the material cost. What is the reason? How to deal with it?
Note: This case is for the 1004 production factory, using the 1702 factory resources, and reporting across companies and factories.
[Problem Analysis]
1. Transaction code CA03 to view the process route.
Check the process route and find that the validity period, standard operation time and basic quantity are normal.
2. Use transaction code CR03 to check the work center.
Test the number of reported workers as shown above.
The test is normal.
3. Use transaction code KP26 to check the cost center operation price.
You can see that the job price is normal.
4. Transaction code CO01, simulate the creation of a work order.
As shown above, check the work order process and find no problems. The data is normal.
Return to the work order main screen, calculate the work order planned cost, and view the work order planned cost.
As you can see, there is no labor cost here.
Return to the work order main screen and click on the process.
Change the control code ZP04 here to ZP02.
Then return to the work order main screen, calculate the work order planned cost, and view the work order planned cost.
You can see that the labor cost is displayed normally.
5. In summary, there is a problem with the control code in the process.
6. Transaction code OP00 View the process control code configuration.
As you can see, control code ZP04 does say: possible but not necessary.
So the default reported cost for planned cost and standard cost is zero!
[Solution]
Select the correct control code for the process, transaction code CA02.
For optional reporting, the default reported cost for planned cost and standard cost is zero!
