- After the group acquired the motor business of a certain American group, the company needed to unify the group's integrated management, reorganize the group's processes, organizations, structures, data, etc. after the acquisition of the new business, and realize the integration of group procurement, sales, production and other business processes and resource sharing.
- The new SAP S/4HANA system was launched, and the ERP and related peripheral systems currently used by the group were replaced with the SAP system. In addition, it is necessary to establish a group template with SAP as the core to standardize and unify business processes at home and abroad.
