Project Challenges

  • After the group acquired the motor business of a certain American group, the company needed to unify the group's integrated management, reorganize the group's processes, organizations, structures, data, etc. after the acquisition of the new business, and realize the integration of group procurement, sales, production and other business processes and resource sharing.
  • The new SAP S/4HANA system was launched, and the ERP and related peripheral systems currently used by the group were replaced with the SAP system. In addition, it is necessary to establish a group template with SAP as the core to standardize and unify business processes at home and abroad.
  • Due to factors such as different compliance policies in different countries and insufficient local resources, the group has difficulty integrating into the market and cannot formulate effective management strategies for implementation; in addition, due to various factors such as regional differences, cultural differences, and differences in communication methods, it is difficult for the group to effectively control its global business in real time.

Build a multi-country, multi-account, multi-standard, multi-language group financial control system, unify the group's operating chart of accounts, establish a national chart of accounts and a group chart of accounts, and conduct multi-standard business accounting for multiple accounting accounts. Connect to local countries such as Boicing and other related financial systems to achieve end-to-end cost accounting and cost recovery.

  • Strengthening collaborative cooperation - standardized management of global supply chain
