[Problem description]
When approving sales invoices to accounting using transaction code VF02, the system prompts FF709: The MWS configuration account in table T030K cannot be found. What is the reason, and how do I resolve this issue?
[Problem Analysis]
1. Check the source of the message as shown below.
As shown above, the posting is caused by a missing tax code.
2. Use transaction code VF03 to view the tax conditions.
The following are the tax codes in normal invoicing tax conditions.
3. The tax code is read from the SAP system according to the following logic.
(1) Read the tax classification transaction code BP from the customer master data.
As shown in the figure above, no maintenance is done.
(2) Read the tax classification transaction code MM03 in the material master data.
(3) Read the tax code of VK13.
4. In summary, the tax classification is not maintained in the customer master data.
[Solution]
1. Maintain the tax classification in the customer master data using transaction code BP.
